Replaced blower motor and control board. Added a 15uf run cap and the filter is clean. The temp difference is 19 and the house is cooling!
Fixed a clogged drainline under an AC.
Diagnosed a leaking evaporator on a Rheem AC.
Replaced the dual run cap. Recorded ohms on the compressor which came back normal. There are both other mechanical issues at this time.
Checked for leaks at the evaporator coil. Added leak sealant and 6 pounds of R410A. The house is cooling with a temp difference between 15-20 degrees.
Motor shaft had become faulty but we were able to find a quick solution for a noisy blower motor. A/C is cooling and there are no mechanical issues at this time.
Fixed a Carrier brand AC that had a broken fan motor.
Added leak sealant and 3 pounds of R-410A. Performed routine maintenance and the system is now cooling!
Diagnosed a leaking air handler on a Goodman AC.
Replaced 80uf dual run cap. Added leak sealant and 2 pounds of R-22 to the system. The house is cooling and the air filters are clean!
Fixed an Aireco AC that had a broken capacitor.
Fixed a Trane AC that had a broken blower motor.
Fixed a Carrier AC that had a broken blower motor.
Checked pressures and let very little refrigerant due to over charge. Temp difference is 18 degrees. The air filter was a little dirty so we replaced it with a clean one.
Changed air filter and performed routine maintenance. Inspected attic for any signs of torn duct. The system is showing a 19 degree temp difference and is cooling again!
Cleared drain line and checked the temp difference which was 15 degrees. Added caulk to the boot inside of the vent to prevent condensation from occurring. The refrigerant levels looked good and the system was cooling!
Replaced CFM and run capacitor. Temp difference is around 15-20 degrees. System is cooling.
Found a leak in the evap coil sending to their insurance to cover it.
Diagnosed a Carrier AC not cooling as good as it used to from old age.
Fixed a Goodman AC that needed another capacitor.
Fixed an AC that had a dirty air filter and a small leak.
Soldered leak in condenser. Pressurized system and added 11lbs of R-22. Temp difference is 15-20degrees Fahrenheit.
