I had some crazy issues with my main unit that was covered under American home shield. A/C wizard was assigned to handle my repairs. They ended up replacing a number of parts over a period of months and when it came time for my renewal with American home shield they (American home shield) really stuck it to me last minute by not renewing my coverage for fear of having to have to cover the expense of a totally new unit. Meanwhile, they had replaced the compressor, evap coil and more. After my policy expired and AHS would no longer respond to me I had an issue with something that turned out to be a minor issue. A/C wizard didn't know that before hand but still kindly and professionally provided me a tech (Howard is the BEST) immediately and when he arrived diagnosed the float switch to cut off the unit in case of water build up was defective. This had not been a prior issue and they really didn't have to go as far as they did by replacing the switch at no cost to me. They spent over an hour here and Jimmy, the owner, refused to take my money which o gladly offered. Thanks A/C wizard for all your great efforts in taking care of my needs!!!
