Bad Service! Trying to rip me off!

Americian Home Shield set me up with AC wizards when my outside AC unit went out. They came out and looked at it and said it needed to be replaced. They added on several charges for "code violations" they needed to fix. They were trying to charge me $600 for a $40 piece at Home Depot. I disputed the charges and had a friend come install the "code violation" parts to get me up to code. AC Wizards refused to return my calls. I got my AC fixed finally almost 2 weeks later. The ladies in the office are rude and unsympathetic to your situation. Don't deal with this company if you don't have to!

Vennie was very calm, thorough and had definite knowledger of AC. He was an excellent trouble shooter and did exactly what he said he would do. He followed through on everything. On the other hand, the scheduling team was difficult to work with and had no back up plan when the computer system crashed. Poor communication and client service skills.
