The repairman arrived on time, explained everything completely and clearly, and advised me of the service program in a way that was not overbearing or frightening (i.e. "if you don't sign up for our maintenance program, your ac will stop tomorrow and cost you a million dollars to fix.") He also made sure to check out my system completely. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend!

He explained the trouble with our unit, shared options and ideas for making our unit run better, talked to me about service plans and left me with an overall good feeling about his visit.
