My fan motor on my heater went out. Chad figured out the problem quickly and didn't have the motor with him. Order the motor needed and picked it up and intstalled it 8 AM the next day. Excellent service. Did not rate the price because this work was done under American Home Sheild.

I got a call from their office alerting me the technician would be at my house in 30 mins (and that's when he arrived). They also showed up early in the service window (9-12) which gave me time to get work done when they left instead of waiting till the last hour of the service window and wasting the entire day. He also did some preventative work for free which I really appreciate. Good professional company and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
